Terms of Use

HeyOggi is currently in closed beta. This page summarizes, in plain language, the terms that apply during beta; it will be updated with a full-scope agreement once beta ends.

The service

• HeyOggi is an extension (panel) that runs inside Adobe Premiere Pro. You need to hold a valid Premiere Pro license to use it.
• The service is free during beta; transcription minutes and AI credit are assigned to your account. Beta service is provided “as is” — outages or bugs may happen, and we move fast to fix them.
• The beta license is bound to a single device and can't be transferred. If you change devices, support can reset the lock for you.

Your content

• The audio, video and captions/images you generate belong to you. HeyOggi claims no rights over them.
• You're responsible for how you use any AI-generated cover art; it's your obligation not to produce content that infringes on others' rights.
• You should only process material you have the rights to work with.

Fair use

• Sharing your account or license key, abusing the service through automation, or reverse engineering it are all prohibited.
• Beta quotas are for personal, reasonable use; in case of unusual usage, we'll talk to you first.

Liability

HeyOggi shows you every change to your timeline before applying it with your approval; even so, we always recommend working with backups on editing projects. We accept no liability for indirect damages arising from beta software.

Changes

These terms may be updated throughout the beta; material changes are announced here and by email. If you don't accept the terms, you can stop using the service and request your account be deleted.
